I introduce myself, Anne-Marie Lavie, the founder, French by birth, and Canadian by adoption. I arrived in Quebec in 1998, just after the ice storm!  I have extensive experience in advising companies, large and small, in Canada, United States, Europe and Africa.

Being an Engineer gave me a structured and organized thinking. Wherever I went, I have always tried to share the knowledge gained in my many and varied experiences.

Engineer and Business Architect, I became an expert in the analysis of information and data and especially how to use them in companies to make a competitive advantage.

Living and working in several continents and countries has led me to take an interest in real estate, its financing, the know-how to find “the” good property, the right partner. to apprehend a different situation as quickly as possible and find what you are looking for and protect yourself.

As an immigrant who has resided in several countries, I am very familiar with the difficulties of finding accommodation and financing for foreigners to a country.

Recently, in May 2017, I decided to take advanced courses in real estate and real estate financing from several recognized Canadian and international organizations.
