02About the founder
Anne-Marie Lavie
Founder · Engineer and business architect
Let me introduce myself: Anne-Marie Lavie, French by birth and Canadian by adoption. I arrived in Québec in 1998, just after the ice storm! As founder of Les Consultants I2H Inc., I have extensive experience advising companies large and small in Canada, the United States, Europe and Africa.
Being an engineer gave me structured, organized thinking. Wherever I went, I have always tried to share the knowledge gained through many and varied experiences. As an engineer and business architect, I became an expert in analyzing information and data — and above all in how companies can use them as a competitive advantage.
Living and working on several continents led me to take an interest in real estate and its financing: knowing how to find “the” right property and the right partner, quickly grasping a new situation, finding what you are looking for and protecting yourself. As an immigrant who has lived in several countries, I know first-hand how hard it can be for newcomers to find housing and financing.
In 2017, I took advanced training in real estate and real estate financing from several recognized Canadian and international organizations. My goal: to build on my knowledge and make it available to people who, like me at some point in their lives, do not have the time or the information they need to best protect their assets.
